i did not too.. my SA told me the pouches were out of stock. i was thinking if i could go another boutique to ask for it.. but i doubt the SA will give me.. probably would lie that it is out of stock since i did not give them any business..
@@samara. yes, I went back last weekend and my SA said it is out of stock again so I went to another boutique nearby, the other SA told me it’s out of stock because they are coming up with new design (but he says not sure when the new design will come). Not sure if this was jus a lie or… but either way, I have no choice…
I am loving this vintage onyx! I love mine!!! Much more carefree than mop ! I also wear black alot so its been a good choice for me!

Hi .. I purchased exactly the same piece and it did not com with. Travel pouch nor the cleaning cloth ..disappointed 🙁

+Jesslyn Chen I’d go back to the store and ask them for it. Otherwise raise it with the manager. It’s needed to keep your necklace in a good state.

Just make sure that when it is available they call you. That’s unfair that they didn’t have everything available for you. 😕
