The amount of court time and special attention Kejriwal and his lawyers have been getting these past few weeks, if normal Indian citizens got, there would have never been a backlog of millions of cases.

It is a fact that Kejriwal did not responded to nine summons of ED deliberately, and he is not an innocent. Now the whole of Supreme Court judges ganged up to prove ED to be guilty in arresting him. On two occasions he was granted interim bail without asking for by judges Khanna and Dipankar Dutta. CJI also have shown interest in sending Sisodiya and Kejriwal out of Tihar jail. Rs 100 crores started speaking and it's heat is on. Now the whole of Supreme Court Judges along with their Advocate friend Singhvi have found a new way that he is a respected CM and have a right in asking for Rs 100 crores as bribe from South lobby and the case sent to larger bench, all to throw the law to the wind and bail Kejriwal out of Tihar jail. Their decision will be parallel of Judge Nyay Bindu, who wanted to send Kejriwal out of Tihar Jail without going through and reading the case.

Even CJI and other judges of the SCI refraining from delivering comprehensive judgment, is causing great distress to Nation . Govt foisting CBI case against Kejriwal is misuse of rule of law . It's high time SCI delvers a comprehensive judgment . Only SCI can stop misuse of PMLA .

HC ने तो पुरी तरह से गैर कानूनी आदेश दे कर वैभव की जमानत खारिज की है।जनता का विश्वास बनाए रखने की कहीं बड़ी जिम्मेदारी hc की है।
यह क्या शर्त हुई की वह cm होते हुए भी cm office नहीं जायेगे ,यह किस कानून के तहत शर्त लगाई जा सकती है,इसका तो यही मतलब हुआ कि वह cm पद से इस्तीफा दे।कानून का basic principles है कि जो आदेश direct नहीं किया जा सकता वह indirect भी नहीं किया जा सकता।

This kind of thing happens only in India, for the same case but needs two different bail. The BJP should send their IT department as well. As soon as Arvind Kejriwal got bail in the CBI custody , they could take over, there is still IB, RAW, CID in queue to arrest kejriwal, he will be 80 years by the time the case goes on trial.😅😂 No wonder India is a ticking time.bomb
