I remember having a Theory that the Block Fortress 1 Protagonist was a Blosk, since they have robots, and a much wider arsenal of defence than Blockmen.
This looks so good!!! I remember the original Block Fortress had players keep coming back to the "tower of death" design for bases because of how utterly long ranged and effective it was. Maybe in the 2nd game enemy pathing can change depending on the block placement or blocks gain bonus hp if arrayed in a specific configuration so that theres more incentive to actually build walls, labyrinths, trenches, or other defensive positions
Man seeing the goblocks and zomblocks return makes me really hope we get a block fortress war 2 or a remake on steam like war tortoise got. Absolutely loved that game, the whole mission structure, the different units you could make, and especially the different factions, all the other factions were so fun to use thanks to their unique defenses, heroes and units.
Every single block fortress game has been amazing, some of my favourite mobile games of all time. I loved all the previous games but each one was so uniquely brilliant from each other that it meant there was always a major feature/style in one game but not the others. BF1 didn’t have units to deploy except a bot, BF War didn’t have a first person controllable hero, Empires didn’t have a replayable campaign. Now this new game looks like a mashup of all the best bits from all 3 and I can’t wait! Thanks again for making such great games :)

Ive been a BF fan for so long, that finally seeing a new game that looks even better from BFE just makes me so happy! The second the beta launches im immediately getting it!

I hope they also fix the original with the saving issues too. I literally downloaded the original the day before this trailer came out for some nostalgia and found this video the day of release because I went to the website seeing if there was a way to fix the original.
I feel like no matter what Forsaken do, people will be disappointed. I was disappointed when they made bug heroes instead of Block Fortress, now you are disappointed they are making Block Fortress. Just goes to show one Man's sorrow is another Man's Joy.
They didn't forget it, this game is gonna let you have Soldiers, which will allow strategy like block fortress war. Hell, the strategy might even be better if they add better AI!

I think it's gonna be an FPS like empires and original, and you will have soldiers that fight with you. Basically it's gonna be RTS, FPS and TDS. Sounds like fun!

Yeah, similar to how Turrets focus on Decoys, it would be nice if they made enemies Focus on Turrets.
Actually they did that for Shadows.
