The other keyword will still show up. For negative keywords you have to add every single variation possible if you don't want it to show up. So to avoid both, you'd need to add both "loss weight" and "weight loss".

I watched your full guide (thanks for this!) and you did actually optimized or focused on the keyword that brought you sales, right? So, what if none of the keywords bring CVs? How long would you keep it running before you kill it? Thank you so much for all the value!
You bet! Correct, I optimized for sales. If not sales, you can optimize for email leads if you have the email optin. If you don't have email integration, then it becomes hard to optimize for sales if you have none.. so threshold is really up to you to decide. For me it's about 2x the revenue. So if a product pays $100 and I spent $200 with no returns, I'd probably pause the campaign and re-evaluate everything. But the number could differ for you!

Ya, so that's what I mean you need to make sure your keywords follow the same format, ie. no "how to" in this case. But your landing page can easily say "Sign up to learn how to {keyword}" for example and if you change your "how to loss weight fast" to "lose weight fast", then this headline will make sense.

@@sandeeps8201 not necessarily, it depends. Keto diet IS meant for weight loss.. so depends how you phrase it. I don't have any number of keywords in ad group suggestions, if you can fit 10 million highly-tight knit and relevant keywords in one ad group, there's no reason not to do that

This is so tricky when it comes to inserting dynamic keyword into the landing page. Let’s use your keywords as an example. Since you are using a phrase match, let’s use “Keto Foods” as an example, and your landing page says “Get instant access to your Keto Foods”, which kinda makes since. Now the tricky part is since you are using phrase match, maybe someone would have wrote something irrelevant before or after the keyword since it is phrase match. For instance, “Get instant access to your WHAT IS KETO FOODS”. See what I mean here? The phrase match here can screw you up lol. How do you go about that? Guys this question, which I think i definitely important must be seen by Ivan, please like this comment so he can see it and answer it.
I believe it replaces the text with your keyword, not with what someone searched. So if someone searched what is keto foods it would still just say get instant access to your keto foods because it inserts the keyword you set
