I'm a pretty causal fan of speedrunning. Mostly watching SummoningSalt videos, a few GDQ runs and the crazy short any% WRs. I had never sat and watched a whole 70 star run though... that was great! Some of the stuff you did in Tall Tall Mountain and Hazy Maze Cave in particular blew my mind. It's great hearing your explanations and thought processes in real time. I really like how you described the time loss at Big Boo's Haunt as a gift to your future self on the next run. That's a great mindset, kinda makes me want to try running a game.
Dude you should!!! Record it as a series and throw it on youtube, the process of learning how to run is super exciting. I wish I could go back to being really terrible so I could have those giant PBs again, each one felt so monumental. Anyway thanks as always for the support bro, appreciate it!!!!
