I like the concept of painting up proxies of monsters. I have a bunch of cheep dinosaurs, zoo animals, and farm animals. Now I need to figure out what to repaint them as.
Great clip! WOTC’s price-gouging has been good for painters, terrain builders, and kit-bashers; they created a huge need instead of meeting one and making money/exciting the fans. WOTC seems to have lost their way/lost touch with their fan base, but I think their greedy, dragonish ways have definitely led people to follow Gary Gygax and Dave Arneson’s creative use of things like “prehistoric creatures” from the dice store and plastic models of castles to bring places like Greyhawk and Blackmoor to life. Love these minis and your channel!
Really nice job on those phase cats and foo dogs!Z Someone with your mini collection is probably all set for ghosts, but if you need some to fill out Malcor's advisors the Wizkids 'Obzedat Ghost Council' gives you five suitable minis. And since you have a bunch of MtG Arena of the Planeswalkers stuff, the planeswalkers from those games are in clear plastic and easy to strip. Jace in particular would make a nice wizard ghost.
Nicely done! Yay Dinosaurs!
The dinosaurs thank you.

It is a lot of fun.
I love to use normal toys and convert them/paint them for tabletop gaming. Second hand stores can be a good place to find a bunch of cheap toys!!
@@jandukanocraft thrift stores are the best
Most menacing avian color scheme roughly equals Canada Goose. LOL! I love it!
Thank you

Excellent suggestions
For Acrisbirds, I used some cheap toy geese (which are larger than a man in scale). They look like Untitled Goose Game.
An excellent choice for Acrisbird

They are official Frostgrave models by North Star Military and are called collegium porters.
