In Illustrator 2023, there is a new feature called "intertwine" that allows you to easily reorder or overlap parts of a shape, object or text in a dynamic new way.

Yeah, well PS has a photo restoration neural filter that somewhat restores damaged images, as long as the image doesn't have too many people in the image and is not too messed up.
