    It's amazing that 3 of the top female cross fit competitors in the world are from Iceland, a country of only 300,000 +- people. I wonder why we see so many videos of Annie and Katrin training together, or just hanging out, but few, if any of Sara being in the mix. Is it because of different training schedules or other personal commitments?

      @@iduns6534 wow that's ridiculously amazing. Imagine being a 2-time Games champion coaching a young talent who develops into another 2-time Games champion. What are the odds? There's nothing else like it I think. Even in other sports it's hard to think of parallels

      You should watch The redeemed and the Dominant Fittest on Earth in Netflix. It about the CrossFit games and they talk about steroids. Everyone that competes gets tested. They are not in steroids.

    • @tetmang
      @tetmang 5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@valeriamoreno4297 They are all taking steroids. Not only in CrossFit but in almost all other professional sports where it is highly competitive like MMA and boxing. Tests don't mean anything, it is very easy to pass tests and there many ways to do so, the ones that get caught either took too much or didn't do a good job at hiding it. All professional CrossFit athletes are on steroids. There is no way for a woman to have such large and round shoulders and huge neck muscles like a man. Here is a good video about crossfit women on steroids th-cam.com/video/yPQD9mfj_hA/w-d-xo.html

    • @siheath3648
      @siheath3648 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@valeriamoreno4297 Nope, not everyone will be tested, there is a random element at sanctioned events and podium athletes will be tested. But as Alex Tbr rightly pointed out, their testing is very low level, this isn't USADA level testing, there are dozens of compounds that will boost performance which will be out of your system in a matter of days, sometimes hours. Don't misunderstand me, the elite Crossfit men and women are tremendous athletes, freaks of nature no question, but if you think you can train high intensity, high volume, heavy weight, 2-3 hours a day, every single day throughout the year without taking PEDs, then I have a bridge to sell you...
