My mother and father had a huge problem with Johnson grass on their land. They ended up having a neighbour plough up the infested ground, fenced their pigs into it, and the pigs rooted about and ate up all the runner roots.
Down here in south GA we have a lot of problems with Johnsongrass in our Bermuda grass hay fields. I have noticed it is worse in the wet sections of the pasture and hay fields. We have tried MSMA before and it burns it back. I have been told to try Outrider or Pastora. We are going to try them this year. Thanks for all yall do. Mark

Fence in the area that is infested with Johnson grass and put some piglets they will munch on grass and roots it works. No chemicals go organic.
