  • Aula ministrada por Marin van Heel, da Leiden University (Hollanda), durante o IV Curso Teórico-Prático de Microscopia Eletrônica de Transmissão, realizado pelo Laboratório Nacional de Nanotecnologia (LNNano).
    Nesta aula, van Heel explica os fundamentos do contraste de fase em Microscopia Eletrônica de Transmissão (TEM). Ele fala sobre a interferência de ondas espalhadas, sobre difração e sobre a função transferência de contraste, entre outros.
    Apresentação foi realizada no dia 12 de janeiro de 2012 no campus do Centro Nacional de Pesquisa em Energia e Materiais (CNPEM).

    Description: Lecture given by Carlos Inoki, Brazilian Nanotechnology National Laboratory (LNNano), during the IV Theoretical-Practical Course of Transmission Electron Microscopy, organized by the Brazilian Nanotechnology National Laboratory (LNNano).
    Van Heel talks about the fundaments of phase contrast in Transmission Electron Microscopy. He speaks about wave interference, diffraction and about the contrast transfer function, among others.
    Presentation took place at the Brazilian Center for Research in Energy and Materials (CNPEM) on January 12th , 2012.
