Great point about employees becoming disengaged when they don't get feedback!

Completely agree with the explanation of constructive feedback. Looking forward to understand how to utilise this constructive feedback to promote a positive change within the company.

Is this video allowed to be downloaded and used in training sessions as opposed to being embedded?

How about giving feedback to thin-skinned employees who bristle at any hint that they aren't already perfection embodied? I pointed out to a direct care worker that the time she took to prepare the client to go into the nail salon and follow the manicurist's instructions could be counted as pre-vocational training. The worker said, "The office said that's things like when she goes to the office and shreds papers." I said, "It is, but it's also things you've been doing with her like making sure she follows rules and instructions and helping her transition from one activity to the other. Those are actually important pre-vocational skills and it's a shame you're not getting credit for what you're doing with her." The worker CALLED THE OFFICE TO COMPLAIN! "Give yourself credit for all that you do" isn't exactly something I'd count as criticism!
