Being a med student I recommend everyone and that’s something every med student and every med related person should go through. It’s simply wow. The way you proceeded with PPD interpretations and the flow chart of follow up is superb. Two stage testing, IGRA and the use of mnemonics for drug therapy making it on finger tips!!! 💯💯💯 More power you to.
Sir it was my clinical posting in medicine ward and all your lectures for medicine are just awesome ... I impressed my senior doctors by your guidance..... It is my request to please please make a video on ckd ..... Thank you once again ... Lots of love from Kashmir ❤.

What are 1st phage and second phase medicine for tbm. RIPE for 2 months and RI for 10 months .Am i rt ??..For how many days we have to prescribe steriod ??.. for 12 month ??
If PPD ulcerates and patient has normal chest X ray, it is a latent TB. For extrapulmonary tb you have to take fluid or biopsy sample from the area where you are suspecting tb and do PCR of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. For example ascitic fluid,CSF.
