@@junioradult6219 He is not a minority shareholder. He runs company that manages a company (in this case Chelsea) which is owned by Egbali if that makes sense. His basically a manager or supervisor who has a say unless the big boys upstairs say so.

The disrespect to Thomas Frank is astounding. He made a Championship side like Brentford go from 13th to 9th in the premier league. If he was given even a quarter of the resources a Chelsea manager gets he can surely get them top 4 at least. However, Chelsea fans and the owners have to give him or any new manager time right now. It's a crazy process of rebooting four times with four different managers in just two seasons ever since the new owners have come in.
Look at the past 20 years. If a chelsea manager made it to 3 or 4 years they were lucky. Its just the culture there
I'd personally be really happy with Thomas Frank. When Chelsea got Potter I was really hoping we'd slip in and sign Frank instead at the last moment. I can't complain.

So comparing the contract length with a player who if a player is not playing well enough they can be sold or loaned out you can’t do that with a manager. If this clown knew about anything he mumbles on about would know that the manager has a 2 year contract with the option to extend it for another year and they have used this contract with Thomas Tuchel and if they were to negotiate 5 year contract and they then sacked the manager they would have to pay him and the coaching staff the remainder of the contract. I can’t believe how many bad podcasters that’s covering Chelsea who have nothing but negative damaging context to say about the club

Eghbali, BOehly & Feliciano are the 3 Decision makers at Chelsea - I hate all 3 of them but it's true - Any decision all 3 must sign off & it's much deeper than just the % breakdowns..... for example, Boehly is at the center of every Investor's connection to the Chelsea "Asset" - Boehly ran CLO ( Collateralized Debt Obligation) Schemes robbing Pension funds for Co Owners Mark Walter & Hansjorg Wyss - so ANY decision the Board makes Boehly basically controls...... it's a Corporation Structure now w/ a Board that must Vote & Boehly has Deep connections w/ everyone on the Board Including the Clearlake partners Eghbali & Feliciano - so they do not operate independently
