I feel like I have become a collector of Mood seasons perfume oils!! They are extremely good and the performance on them is crazy! Two favoruites so far is Malibu and Sensual Woman! My boyfriend goes for Ego and Lannister. As for the bamboo bottles? Absolutely beautiful!
If you are considering using oil fragrances, please take a look at The Oil Perfumery. They have a very large selection of oils to choose from and they are about as close to the original spray fragrances as you can get. Highly recommended.
@@ricardomartinez-kg1qp ive sampled their version of aqua di gio and their version of Tom Fords neroli portofino and in all honesty I prefer them better plus at the price point its hard to keep shelling out money to massive companies who keep watering down the product. Mood seasons have such great quality products that last hours and hours on the skin with such great sillage. Hope this answers your question.
Hey I loved the video! You should do a full review on mood seasons and their scents, I was very intrigued by your video and would like to know more about them.
Thank you for this, as with all of your videos I appreciate and enjoy how you describe fragrance. Your scent association and descriptions are always straightforward and clear yet next level at the same time.
Many thanks JC for this great content on this type of perfumery many do not talk too much about. I understand that this video is about the affordable fragrance oils but I would appreciate, whenever possible, a video on luxury essential oils called “Attar” in the Middle East and currently very popular for interested clients in Europe luxury perfumery. Even a renowned oriental perfumes brand such as Areej le Doré has issued the attar version (very concentrated oil version as made in the Middle East and in Asia) of their most popular fragrances: Oud Luwak, Siberian Musk and Walimah. The attars are very unique and require a very little roll-on on your skin to project stronger than the alcool version of perfumes we buy in bottles. These are food for thought for you to consider for the content of your channel. On another note, I purchased on iTunes your entire jazz album “Live at the Iron Post” which is really of great quality. Cheers.
Thanks for the insight. I am familiar with attars...they are just difficult to attain for me right due to their price. One day I'd like to try some. Thanks for checking out my music. :)
Thank you for getting me hooked to Zoha few years ago. I wasn't sure what to wear today, Guess I'm going to layer Al-Intisar with Madagascar Vanilla. 👍
Thank you so much for doing this video! I have been researching fragrance oils off and on for the past few months. This is definitely a big help! Thank you again 😎 great video! 😊
I'll admit that I have not really tried many fragrance oils, but I've been really interested since Deborah Day brought it up on her channel. Thanks for sharing these! The 7 Virtues one sounds very interesting to me. Amber Rose. 😂😂😂. I like Ambre Nuit so I might check that one out.
Uhm.... class is in session 😅 You're the perfect person to do these types of videos. Your vibe is calm and inviting. Great job. Now, let me try to stay focused. ☺️
Thanks for this content JC! I really need to get into oils...always been hesitant I guess because I'm just accustomed to buying bottles of fragrance. Need to branch out a bit, appreciate you bruh.
I like your videos and your presentation. Your voice is soothing and well modulated, and you're very handsome. Love the oil videos and all the rest! 👍🏽🙂
I’ve had my eye on Sultan Pasha and Elixir Attar. I absolutely need to try or purchase Sultan Pasha’s Al Hareem Sultan. Do you mind me asking if you have tried Elixir Attar’s Kalevala? Thank you in advance. Going over now to check out your channel.
@@Jennifer-uc2oh hey Jennifer I've reviewed Al Hareem by sultan it's on my channel. I've tested Kalevala by Elixir Attar but haven't filmed the review yet. Here are my notes of it: Opens up dark and smokey, slightly animalic dirtiness, smells like a campfire. Its smokey not in a incense kind but more like woods being burnt. After the initial opening, the scent then develops and is introduced to some gentle sweet florals. The florals are sweetened by amber accord. The sweet amber and florals help to balance the scent from become overly smokey and dark, unlike the opening, the scent has a gorgeous smokey scent but doesn't smell like smoke smoke, its like the campfire has ended and your left with the beautiful lingering smell of burnt fragrant woods. Becomes much smoother into the drydown. Projection is subtle and moderate, not overly pushy and strong, but enough to have a nice lingering sillage and scent cloud. Longevity is around 6 hours. Overall rating of 4/5
Handsome Smells Thank you for taking the time. I’ll check out your video on Al Hareem, interested to hear your thoughts. Although I’m quite certain I’ll purchase. Animalics are my favourite. Thank you again.

Ok, I'm gonna go watch this video that nobody watched. Like you, I prefer alcohol based perfume, and I'm not a huge fan of dupes in general (ethically speaking). That said I just found a very interesting use for perfume oils in my daily scent routine. I figured that I could buy unscented shower gels and mix them with perfume oils to get fragrant shower time. I used to do it with real perfume but it is quite muted and it also alternate the shower gel consistency. Oils should work perfectly for this experiment.
