How To Make a NASCAR Stop Motion Track

- These are some steps I laid out to try and show people how I made my big oval track with banking. Hopefully this will help out those of you who asked me.
All you really need is a sheet of plywood, some foam core, glue, and a lot of paint!

I just took some thin wood boards and glued them together and painted them.
I move the cars about an inch or so, take the picture, string a whole bunch of them together, and speed it up.

Since my track was on a sheet of plywood, I didnt put anything down on the front and back stretches, I just painted them and left it. and as for the surface, i just used glue and glued the posterboard along the top of the triangles

I didnt put it in the video cuz i dont actually remember what its called. I know that i got it at Michael's though. All it is is a paper that is painted to look like grass
I made daytona version adding a catch fence by using : wires
HOW : I taped the catch fence on top of the wall

Most movie maker programs have a timeline that you would basically drag the pictures on to. You'd wanna make sure they're in order and everything of course. From there you would need to trim down the length of time every picture is on screen to about 10 per second,

I just cut out construction paper and folded up white paper for the walls
Yeah! Just go to the store and buy felt! It's that easy! And I' gonna use felt for one of my tracks!

When will you make a track with progressive banking? Sorry for not being specific in earlier comments. What I meant was when you're cutting the foam core instead of cutting a triangular cut try making a curved cut so the bottom lane would be flat but the top lane would be really steep, meaning more banking at the top. It might make your races better cuz it would give more challenges to the "drivers" on your track, I don't know, you tell me if it's better or not.

oh ok, thanks!! ive been using a paper cutter and thats been ok but the measurments are taking a long time. and my dads been helping me to. do you mind if i make a video when im done with the track and i give you credit? i want to show my subscribers a cool new track but i dont want people telling me i stole your idea, so imbasically asking permission.

Quick question: with the banking, how to you avoid having cars rolling down the incline on the banking? Nice video btw :)

Team Bombersports yes the road like texter paint and you need to make the banking 1inch or lower than that . That's what I did but be careful because the posterbored might rip and its a HUGE PAIN to fix!

How much would the whole thing cost in total? Not including decorations like fence, grass and etc (counting the walls)
I haven't bought any of this but I'd say about $90-$120 plus about $200 worth of work.
