Hey, Mojo. Would you be willing to make a video on the process of hand finishing these 3d printed mouthpieces? I'm very interested in the topic, and I think a lot of others would find it helpful for printing your designs. I know this is a huge favor to ask, but I thought I'd ask just in case. Thanks!
my buescher c sop also has god aweful intonation. dont have the original mpc. i found a few Bb mpcs that will work yamaha 4c -cut off some of the shank-rico metalite -cut off shank. runyon custom -works as is-and wonder old buffet large chamber mpc works best of all, hope you get back to doing refacing work again. your work has always been execellent for my mpcs
These mouthpieces have a slightly smaller chamber volume than Bb Runyons do. Not sure how they compare to a sawed off Yamaha. If the volume is too large, you need to push in a lot. Then the high notes can be sharp and/or the low notes flat. Probably can lip them in but the best strategy is to get the best chamber volume to help you and lip what is left over.
I have them for sale hand finished to a great facing curve. That is where most of the work is… after doing the design work. See them at MojoMP.com. My stl files are on Thingi for free.
Hi, Legere Classic sounds very typical soprano sound to me, great job on all! 😊

Hello Mojo. Great video, very interesting. Do you sell the mouthpieces you make or do you sell the 3D files?
Thank you. Kind regards.
Davide.

@@MojoBari Many, many thanks.
Hi, which one is best for altissimo?
@@cfny Maybe the Bright. I do not play much altissimo on sop sax. So for me the limitation is the player.
