    Hello, thank you for the video. What height the ball bearing comes out de loadcell switch after ajustement?

    • @BoreyEngineering
      @BoreyEngineering  ปีที่แล้ว

      The loadcell ball is not glue to loadcell so you can just grab it and take it out. but you need it to adjust the hight

    why did you switched from your sim jack?

    great video. Thank you. I have the LC 100 pedals. how do i make the brake throw longer? it feels so short

    • @BoreyEngineering
      @BoreyEngineering  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The brake throw is unfortunely got limit by the damper throw. You need to remove damper OR make damper rod a little longer to add more throw

      @@BoreyEngineering ahh ok I understand. Thanks for responding. After using them for a bit I don't mind the.short throw. I just need to keep tuning.

    HI,
    I only partially agree with your modification.
    It is correct to increase the washers to 3 in order to raise the load cell and allow greater bending, but placing a third row of washers between the 2 a little further forward is not good because this significantly reduces the bending of the load cell and the result is that after 40 or 50 kg of applied force the cell no longer flexes as it should, significantly offsetting the measurement.
    I'm telling you this not theoretically but precisely because I tested it on my Cammus LC100.

    • @BoreyEngineering
      @BoreyEngineering  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      it might be because I use higher force than you do. I went with 3 washer 2 column before in my first video but after sometime the washer cannot withstand the force and start deform. So the whole loadcell tilt and make the travel short again. SO I added a third column just like you seen in this video. even tho the pedal is a bit stiffer and shorter but for GT and F1 car it work really well. and it still work well ever since. Brake pedal is something that you need to make it your own. anyway if it work it work. Anyway Thank for sharing!

    are you not able to register the full force available to the 100kg loadcell censor without tweaking? if so, can you tell me how much of the difference the tweaking makes to the peak force for the censor?

    • @BoreyEngineering
      @BoreyEngineering  ปีที่แล้ว

      if you don't tweak the pedal is not usable in my opinion. it's too light hence also make resolution so poor

    How’s sim racing scene in Thailand Bangkok ? Are there shops that sell sim racing gear like moza ? I may get a moza ecosystem or something in future direct drive
    I’m from india here there’s only g29 and t300 available , if someone goes to Thailand can they get this gears ? Language barrier is also a issue . People don’t understand English primarily in Thailand from what I assume

    Thanks for the video! I have 2 questions.
    1. Is there a way to change the brake linearity? I'm loving my ones but i would like it to be a bit more sensitive when i first press them.
    2. What does raising the loadcell ball do?

    • @BoreyEngineering
      @BoreyEngineering  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      1. in cammus software you cannot do anything with pedal linearlity (as far as I talk they are working on brake linearity).
      Right now you can only set min-max in the app. But some game will let you tune brake linearity AKA brake Gamma.
      2. if the loadcell ball is too low it will limit your pedal travel. hence you cannot push more value into your loadcell. You can see it as pedal stopper.

    • @BoreyEngineering
      @BoreyEngineering  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I can confirm now that the brake linearly is coming soon!

    I have a problem with the throttle pedal. When pressing it more than 80% the input value jumps to 0.
    I have already tried playing around with the calibration in the Cammus software but none of that worked :(

      unscrew the sensor on the bottom of the pedal and you will probably see some metal schreded from the missing flat washer...the magnet is probably full of shreded metal and giving bad calculation...mine have does that afer 1 week and i managed to repaired it easyly by just drill the hole a little wider juste for the bolt stop to hit all around the hole, now im 1 year later and never see this problem again, next time i manage to add flat washer everywhere to eliminate the left right loose of the mecanism, i have one pedal set from one of first batch sended to canada, when i recieve these i ddnt know was with load cell cauz it was before the reveal online of these new pedal set
