I love saffron, I didn't know turmeric has a taste, I will sometimes add it to soups and stew type dishes for the health benefits. My friend brought me some from the middle east. I love your videos. I live in Houston, and it is so different here. My only knowledge of tomato mackerel is from Phoenicia grocery market and fish paste from Ikea furniture. I love to knit but can only wear my knits a few months a year. I am making a cardigan, and I love Norwegian patterns.
I want to try making a gluten free version of a saffron bun. I was reminded about Lussi/St Lucia but an insta account the other day. I love the darker pagan lore of the winter holidays.
Embla wanted to sing along! Years ago I was in church w my very young children and about one and a half petitions into the prayers my eldest pronounced quite LOUDLY, “Ay-men!”
Hi Eli, I so look forward to watching you make the Saffron buns and eating the brown cheese😊 I was wondering who does the music for your vlogmas, I find it so beautiful and calming.
