don't know who he is but my first thought was 'he believes this nonsense'. It's either that or he's clever (i.e very good at masking his personal opinion to make people feel safe to be vulnerable, and thus getting a better interview.

It is odd. What does "I'm a catch" mean? If you say "I have demands and expectations." That's fine. You're clear about what you want. Great.
If you say "I'm a catch." it means "My partner is lucky to have me." Which means "I'm marrying beneath me." Which means "My partner is not as good as I am". Why would you say that? Why would you think that? If you view your partner as undesirable then why are you in a relationship with them? If you desire them, then how are you a catch? You're lucky to have each other.
The only catch she might give is catching an STD 😂

The problem with this lady is that she wants to be a "trophy wife" but her pickings are already low and they are getting lower by the day. She is 27 with a child by someone else and she needs to give up that dream. The high net worth men that she is aiming for at this point will not be aiming for her especially to marry. Not trying to be mean but someone needs to tell her some reality before its too late.
She can attract many wealthy men. But few would be willing to commit to her. She needs to be okay with being a side chick or part of a harem.

I love watching Romain, he's got a great balance of empathy and harsh reality. I watch every episode of Caleb Hammer, but sometimes he's so hard to listen to when he's hitting people's finances. But Romain is a bit more gentle, while being honest and realistic

Everyone’s experience is different. But it just seems crazy when you hear people saying they didn’t know they were pregnant until like their third trimester.
There’s (usually) more than one sign when you’re pregnant, so to seemingly miss so many, seems like the person doesn’t have much of a clue with what’s going on and their body.
YMMV, but still just seems bizarre to me.

My daughter came home from high school one day and her economics teacher asked her if she knew any entrepreneurs who could talk to the class. I walked her over to a mirror and said one of the people in the mirror is an entrepreneur. I started my own business ten years before she was born but I never referred to myself as an “entrepreneur”. Most real ones don’t.
