Not to detract from Umisho, but Sol’s buttons and specials/ their properties allow you to really mix and match more combos on the fly than other characters do. That’s why commentators always make those create-a-combo references with him. Still need to be a good player and know the character to do it well, but his kit just makes that sort of stuff much easier
Negative penalty is so fucking stupid. There are some characters who their design is literally to run away like chipp and millia but if any other character tries to do the same thing they get their resources taken
