@Correct Opinion Nah, Leon says Mac loses, and I agree. You don't even need to edge guard him. F Tilt and Down Tilt are a free two frame and even if he somehow doesn't die to that, there's 0 chance of him getting through some of the best ledge trapping in the game. Plus, Bowser is quite heavy and doesn't die as early, there's no chance of getting through flame breath, his tilts lose to up B, and his smash attacks get punished by Koopa Claw on shield.

Really? Think about what Mac would feel like if he was good. He'd be a character with quick, powerful smash attacks, stupidly good tilts (like R.O.B. down tilt levels of good), and the best dash attack in the game by far. In my humble opinion, that sounds like a mindless character who wouldn't be fun to play as or against.

Sandman is the American version of drago from Rocky 4. They both train hard and work tirelessly to win. (I haven’t watched the rocky movies, don’t criticize me and talk salty to me). I can’t really explain to much and make it like some sort of speech but that is my statement.

It's only like 5 high or top tiers, but it's better than most low tiers. That said... He has 0 winning matchups on any Tri-Plat or Yoshi's, and even some winning MU's, like Snake, becomes -3 on Kalos.

From what I've seen watching Peanut, he tends to get KO punches after he jab locks them. Works like a set up to throw them off balance so he can get them during hitstun.
I liked the training he did in the training room . Looks like he’s got an amazing strategy this time. All those combos and high complex movements really came into play. I loved the game plan.
I agree with your statements for Little Mac. I feel sad for little Mac. You also forget the statement that little mac’s jump should be a little higher because he trains so hard that his legs hurt, and etc.
In my opinion, the best way to make Mac at least somewhat viable is to reduce the endlag on all of his attacks, ESPECIALLY his aerials, so that he becomes a combo monster. Allowing mac to nearly 0 to death his opponents with insane combos would balance out his ridiculous fragility.
Interesting fact: in Russia top 2 player is Little Mac main. But he has secondary and its villager. But his main is Little Mac. And that he is second best player in Russia says that Little Mac can be not that bad how everyone says.
