Bhai 1) We make websites for digital presence of your business, or personal use. 2) Basically everything you see in the web that is working is just a set of codes. Many programming languages are used in this framework of websites, backend basically means the part of web services that deal with data sending and data retrieval, it has its own set of languages that are different from front end part. 3) Web owner means as the "website creator" or "the user" not sure what are you asking but website creator basically puts all his data like audio files, images and downloadable content inside a digital database ( like a register copy having tables ) then when the website is made online the user can access this data from the website using the front end part of the site. Roughly The data flows like this User -> Front end part -> Network link-> Database-> Network link-> Front end part-> User (back to user) So any action you do at the website you get data response like this 4) Websites are there as long as the internet has existed, previously there were only wired telephonic communication, then we upgraded it to sending not only analog voice signals but digital data as well. If digital data is being transmitted and received wouldn't it be useful to have a interface which can view the data ? That is what websites do, they show the digital data to the user in nice user interface. 5) It is necessary to keep your website data in a database since websites don't store files when your session is over. Also databases provide multiple functionalities that you can study from DBMS books(like data integrity, unique I'd, primary keys etc) 6) After you build your website you need a hosting server , you can do it yourself but you wouldn't want your computer running 24*7 . So all websites don't use their own server they use AWS or Google cloud and other web hosting services to run their server. You will use a Server application which will run continuously on the hardware of AWS and then your website is online and ready to go. 7) Cookies are actually a part of website functionality that stores some small information about the user and next time when the user visits the website, it can show content based on his liking and favourites that he saw last time. It's declared using Javascript a scripting language for mostly frontend but nowadays also used in backend. 8) If you understand point-4 of my and then you will probably not ask this question I hope things get cleared out a little bit. But you have to go miles before you could actually understand the whole part. 90% of the people just stick to one domain either backend or frontend because it's very vast.

Khusboo It has some components but its utility based. Its more easy to make custom templates rather than Bootsrap. You should definitely give it a try
