PART 2 of my „DOUBLE ENDERS SERIES”
    „ENTERING FROM A BOAT”
I had been asked hundreds of times how I get into the water from a boat. I had also heard numerous comments that sidemount is not for sea diving and that sidemounters are ready to descend when most backmount divers are already doing their after dive safety stops😊.
This episode is about getting in from a sea boat with cylinders attached to d-rings, a method I use when I want to limit my time on the surface prior to descending. I put some captions to make it clearer but I left most of the video without comments as a video is to be watched with attention to details and not read constantly. For reading we have books and manuals.
I divided the vid into 4 short parts: 1. Preparing/stowing the regs 2. Entering from a bench. 3. Entering from a deck. 4. Returning on the boat.
Please, feel advised these are just the ways I use on a daily basis and again!!! I want to emphasize the fact that these ones might not be the best and only. I simply find these methods useful for the dives I do.
PART 3 of my series is already filmed and is being edited. It will include alternative ways of jumping in that are my personal favour. So stay tuned for more if you like (or even dislike) this episode.
I would appreciate sharing, liking and commenting as this really took me a lot of time repeating, filming and editing. Being able to do a thing does not necessarily mean it is easy to film it😊.
Forgive me for any technical mishaps if you notice any but I make these educational videos for free using my own resources and friends’ help having no financial sponsorship. Neither do I gain any money for publishing them online. Call it a passion or a sidemount mission if you will😊.
