meh... on push day i do shoulder press + flyers for shoulders which i put in between chest exersizes (chest press, incline press and chest flyers)... thats it. Front delts get a beating at incline press same day and you get bad positure overdoing that, i also start with squats and leg extension and end with triceps so you have my full push day. Pull day takes care of rear delts with rear delts fly after pulldown and rows, after i start with romanian deadlift and legcurl and before i finish with biceps and abs if i feel like it. So i have strict push and strict pull day which i change between aprox 3x a week.

What cycle are you on and what dose?
