I’m so glad Breaking Swipe got nerfed several seasons ago. 100% chance to lower the opponent’s attack was extremely overpowered. Giving Breaking Swipe to Steelix was like giving Chansey a good fast move.
I run Rayquaza on all my ML teams (mostly because it’s one of the only level 50 legendaries I have) and it’s super awesome against a lot of common threats. I will say that the breaking swipe debuff against origin palkia GREATLY determines battle outcomes
Yooo I remember going up against someone with this exact team. I used Gyarados, Chandelure, and Shadow Mamoswine; it was so satisfying to one shot a shiny Heatran with high horsepower 🎉
I really want to know if my team is good palkia origin xernias and dusk main pvp poke says is good but idk if it is me and I grinded so hard for the palkia and necrozma
The problem with Rayquaza now is that it just doesn’t do much that Dragonite can’t do better. The 100% debuff was perfect on Rayquaza. They should buff Dragon Ascent now that Breaking Swipe is less reliable.
@@Gioluipellethey’re not clones in main series games though, dragon ascent is 120 damage 100% accuracy and lowers defense and sp defense by one. Precipice blades is 120 damage but 85% accuracy. Origin pulse is 110 damage and 85% accuracy Edit: Also PB and OP have 10 pp each, but DA has 5 pp
@@ProcIncI’d be fine with that too but I don’t think it’s a thing they would realistically do. I’d rather campaign for something I could actually see them coming through on.
I miss the 100 debuff😢 I HATE you Steelix!
It's so sad that it fell off just because no one wanted to use a 50% atk debuff mon, they wanted a 100% atk debuff mon

Because it's insanely glassy without a consistently debuffing move
@@kyledillardno even close 😂😂
No it’s bad.
Worse moves compared to origin palkia
Worse typing
Way worse stats
There’s a reason why no one used this Mon above 3000 last season
Thank you for showing Rayquaza can still be very strong in master league

Nah don't hate Steelix when it's Niantic's fault
GG’s from earlier man 🤝🏾

They should’ve just made Dragon Ascent a Precipice Blades/Origin Pulse clone imo.
Rayquaza should get original Breaking Swipe back via a "breaking Swipe clone"
Haxorus too
