I am thankful for still having the 45 record, I keep it in a safe place. I am turning 79 now and hope to pass these records on to my grandchildren. I was 15 when I got this record. God Bless for TH-cam.
Hi!/This was something of a rarity with me: a song I instantly loved; it only required one hearing! It came out at the end of the doo-wop cycle (1962), and -- as with a good number of other such songs -- wasn't the huge hit it should've been, according to my taste, at any rare...but how quantify taste, which a wag stated would, if we all had the same, result in everyone wanting the same mate!/Hearing "I Love You" performed years later, by the original artists, and sounding just like the original, still results in giving me the proverbial goosebumps!/Gratefully, Ray Cabana, Jr.
@@jsturgis101 If Street Lights could talk!! Man they heard us teenagers Doo Woppin into the night!! We sounded good too. We made a lot of Jr High and High School talent shows. Won some too!!
These are treasure of the young blacks that sang these types of song then but ever since the 1990s can't believe young blacks are mostly listening to the non-sensical/disgusting/condescending/nasty/awful/racist rap and most hip hop music since the 1990's. No wonder why most black youths today are so messed up in life since the 1990's.

Looks and sounds like the originals are the lead (pretty obviously) and the guy on the far right?
