Get rid of all college athletics. These are professional athletes now. College Station Aggies or Tuscaloosa Crimson Tide. This new athletic organization can pay licensing fees to universities to use their facilities but they are no longer students, just professional athletes. Same academic requirements needed for admission like every other student.
This may happen over time and I agree to an extent. The schools will probably complain who is going to fund the lesser athletics. I'd say olivia dunne is an anomaly but if these kids are smart they will start copying what she's doing. Now it's a business, has nothing to do with school. Edit: How much power do voters have over how the state schools run their athletic departments?
K can't pass too much judgement. He is still part of CBB. There was never transparency before. One question I have is what are the Bag Men doing now? They still have to be operating, and ironically, those were the guys who sets rules for recruiting methods.

If they expand the tournament more, I'm just going to get disinterested just like the FBS college football bowl games. Watered down. The regular season should be pertinent and now about 1/2 teams in the major conference standings get in. Beyond that would be watered down.o
They need to have a tournament for Power 5 schools and one for mid major schools. With NIL Power 5 schools are going to tell kids to go to Mid Majors and then transfer after two years. Let the mid major coach develop you then we will come get you. If it’s going to be fair the Mid Major schools should get the same money as Power 5 schools! 😊

Coach k like everyone is struggling with this-universities should not be in the business of running professional sports teams.of course many said that about running hospitals also.
Let’s also quit paying coaches millions every year. Big tv contracts are bringing in huge amounts of money. Without the players who would watch?
