Even if you don’t keep AC for the cabin, the demon can use AC as a chiller for the supercharger. So depending on your supercharger/cooling setup, you may want to keep it
My buddy I work with would absolutely lose his mind if I gave him those rods from the demon, he adores the dodge demon but of course he can’t afford one. This is for you Robert!❤
I just came across this channel and it's absolutely spot on, great editing, great humor, tons of technical stuff happening, great builds. This is pure GOLD. And let me not forget: the comments on 3 pedals being the right amount of pedals and that's what Dodge should have done are spot on. Manuals for life!
Except 3 pedals don't help with drag racing, they hurt. And the Demon was explicitly a drag car. It's one of the rare examples where it being automatic only makes all the sense in the world.
@@Cooe. Yes, but this car will be a bit more of a mean street machine. And indeed, in light of what you said, Dodge was OK not to have done it from factory
You're insanely awesome brother! Thank you very much for sharing this almost impossible build. I truly appreciate the time, money and effort that you and your crew have made to share this undertaking!
what i like about your videos is that you make a lot of great progress each video and it’s very impressive. other youtubers would make a 20 min video out of the progress you make in 5 mins of yours.
Literally! I would rather wait for a video on a bunch of progress, than get consistent videos with little to no progress. There is no time wasted with these guys, and it makes all of the builds very enjoyable.
Coming from a guy building a 3rd gen camaro I'm really impressed with this build. You made 3 weeks of hell look easy. I'm a big Demon fan, can't wait to see it run
I love your rod! In all seriousness these video's rule! It's amazing to see what someone can do with something like that. It's awesome that you saw this car as an opportunity to put it back on the road where it deserves to be. Most people, including myself, would think this is cool but would pass it up but you did the unthinkable. I cannot wait to see this beast rip!
I love your rods, I love seeing your rods, I love feeling your rods, I love using your rods, I love playing with your rods, I love fiddling your rods and, I absolutely love holding your big rod. “I just want to be in the next video and maybe one of those positions”
I think you not only should keep the hvac, it might be necessary. keeping the window defogged is a safety feature especially if you are moving a 2 ton vehicle at really high speeds. edit: I would like your rod lol. I have a friend that loves hellcats and she even modelled for a shoot I did with a hellcat. this would be a hilarious gift for her.
@@joshuaszeto your driving it in a straight line for 10 seconds maybe more maybe less your not driving it for long if theres no HVAC then the temp will be the same inside and out meaning no fog🤦♂️ have some common sense before commenting dipshit
A piston is as close to ownership of a Demon most people will ever get 😏you guys are doing some good work! Looking forward to seeing the finished restoration.
i would absolutely ADORE your rod! me and my mom own a scat pack as a daily driver and it was emotionally painful to see the condition the demon was in when you first got it. seeing the progress is very entertaining and by far the most unique challlenger i have ever seen
I have followed this build from the very beginning and I'm really enjoying how this CAR is coming together. I'm always collecting random stuff so, I'd love your rod Excited for the next episode, keep it up👍
New viewer, I'm not a Mopar owner (yet), but I'm a HUGE Mopar fan. I fell in love with the Demon when they were announced in 2017, and being a rising high-schooler at the time, can you blame me? They're awesome!! I know I could never afford one, but one day, I hope to get the next best thing. I've promised myself I'll own an orange 09 (08s didn't have a manual option) Challenger SRT8, my childhood dream car. So yeah, I'd love your rod.
I love your rod! I been following since day one of the build, so excited to see the progress and so invested in seeing the completed version...ITS ALMOST THERE!!!
Nice to see that the project is almost finish and ready to hit the road and do burn outs can't wait to see it. Respect for the other challenger used for part that the project is almost done.
I love your rod! long time mopar fan and challenger owner. I got a poor mans SRT (SRT 392 2016) love watching you completely break this down and rebuild it. I cant believe you were able to salvage so much. nice work.
The GPS tracker is for the original dealership or Bank whichever he got it through, the air tag is likely from whoever stole the key so then they can come collect the vehicle since they stole the key for it.
id love your rod! new sub here because of this video and one of the first videos in a long time I watched a 30min youtube video all the way trough! keep those videos commin ill be watchin!
Loving this build, one of my favorites but you MUST solve that dash issue with the Redeye logo, it's a must. I dig the ratrod look on the outside but the clean complete nice interior, that's sweet.
Just a little tip, you do not have to dismantle the whole dash to take it out. It’s 3 10mm bolts on each side of the dash, 2 10mm bolts in windshield and 3 7mm bolts in windshield. You can access them using a swivel. Unplug everything under dash and boom whole dash comes out. Don’t have to take steering wheel off, cluster off or radio out. All comes out in 1piece
Great work man, tearing a vehicle fully apart and putting it back together is definitely nerve racking but your almost there. As always I love your rod.
Even if you don’t keep AC for the cabin, the demon can use AC as a chiller for the supercharger. So depending on your supercharger/cooling setup, you may want to keep it
I've always been a MOPAR guy and this build is BY FAR the best and most interesting I've ever seen. I'm glad I found this channel!!
Can't believe that this demon is about to actually work.
I have many rods, but I love your rod in particular and Ive love to have it.
These videos rock! Great flow and editing. Love this project!
Awesome to know LSC is watching my other favorite channel
Almost as great as Peter
:,( wish you’d address that matter Alex
I love that y’all post on different days, every week got good videos to look forward to
So do yours /ᐠ。ꞈ。ᐟ\ fyi...
Guys I'd seal or undercoat whole inside for smoke smell.
as a non car guy, watching these teardowns and building videos are really interesting lol
Welcome to the club! You are now officially a car guy!😂
same fr. this is how i’m trying to learn how to buy a car and work on one and it’s so fun to watch🤣
My buddy I work with would absolutely lose his mind if I gave him those rods from the demon, he adores the dodge demon but of course he can’t afford one. This is for you Robert!❤
Considering how folded up it was, that Redeye still had some life in it. Kinda impressive.
Diamond in the rough for sure
The "HELLRAT"
That's it! Someone needs to design that logo for the startup screen! 😂

Absolutely love this build!!! Usually multiple trackers means the owner used the car as a rental.

BTW: The rear seat delete kit really gives the interior that race car feel.
I’m loving this project, and I love the overall concept of what you do. It’s like junkyard mastery. Truly jealous of what you have going on!
Fernando's wrong, it's a "roller" now! Coming together nicely too, can't wait for the next update! BTW, I love your rod!
This my first video of yours watching and honestly you might be one of my favorite car youtubers now!

Just wanna say this would be a massive undertaking for me, big thanks to you for taking on such a build that most people would walk away from.
This build is so sick. I'd love your rod!

It's a drag car. Not a street car. Hence why no ac and hvac.
@@snapped4433 yes but being able to see through the windshield seems far more important than any amount of horsepower and what you will do with it.
