Don’t forget the rankings are not always accurate to a persons power level. It seems to go of feats more than anything. I’m not trying to downplay her power, but I’m quite sure the ten great family leaders would make up most of the top 13 rankings if they were more active.

I believe it was said that the density of Shin-soo gets higher the higher in the tower you get apply that she was born on such a high floor could be one of the reasons why she’s so powerful. I am not sure if she’s from one of the 10 great families but if she was it would make sense that her birth floor would would be closer to where Jahad is. I believe it was said that the density of Shin-soo gets higher the higher in the tower you get apply that she was born on such a high floor could be one of the reasons why she’s so powerful. I am not sure if she’s from one of the 10 great families but if she was it would make sense that her birth floor would would be closer to where Jahad is. I kind of see the great families all living in the first few floors under Jahad.
