@@jbabbott80 Oh I totally agree. I guess my previous comment wasn't clear enough in its intention. I wasn't trying to throw shade at any of the Applebee's employees, but rather show how these officers tried to shift blame to one of them as a lame attempt to justify their harassment leading up to the unlawful arrest. It's important to keep in mind that the cops' first question was how long they had been there and after they answered the cops then asked the employees who also answered with a time which was longer than when the incident they were investigating took place - meaning all suspicion of this family should have ended.

They fired her saying that she recorded it and made them look bad. I’m not sure where these stories come from but that woman was interviewed by another channel and said everything that I just said. It’s also only been a few esta sense the incident. It’s nothing shocking about it not being released yet. I watched an innocent man get punched repeatedly and then employees stand up for what is right by recording and involving themselves only to be fired because of it. She's not a "woman". At that moment, she was an employee and manager of the restaurant. Just what is the company policy on identifying patrons? And, filming while working? And posting videos?
Depending on what she did and when, she could have been responsible ( in part ) for the whole incident. Now, does the owner know something we don't? Or, is the owner just trying to do damage control and get rid of an employee that posted a video against policy?
In any case, she needs a lawyer. I'm just not sure if she's about to get sued for her conduct, or needs to sue the owner for their conduct. Or, perhaps both.

I have had people turn their back on me because I said that police are tyrants that terrorize people. I get called communist because I say that they should be defunded and they are modern day red coats that are a standing army in our backyards. Many opportunities were lost for me in the gun industry because I spoke the truth. I won't spend my money with certain instructors, ranges, FFL's, companies because they support police. Then they started to rack up legit crimes, resisting arrest (actively), disorderly conduct, while holding a baby. Note: if a cop asks you about a crime and you didn't commit a crime, but then you start committing crimes in front of the police because your IQ is extremely low, your life is more difficult. th-cam.com/video/Jr9U52xR7rU/w-d-xo.html
