Fantastic! I almost felt I was there, even scanning through the dunlin and sanderling for a turnstone. Didn't see one though.

I currently reside in Central Europe (from UK) One of the biggest surprises for me was the number of tree sparrows versus house sparrows (not to mention today’s sighting of a Eurasian Siskin, and the regular Hawfinch on the bird feeders in the garden). Great to see. Really enjoyed the video, really well captured, thanks for sharing the experience.

Seals have dog's eyes. Loons are very cool birds. Nice birding video. Looking forward watching some of your other videos too. 👍🙂

In German seals are called Seehunde, which translate as Seadogs.

Really enjoyed this. It had the feel of proper Birding as opposed to professionally filmed documentaries (no offence meant by that).

Glad you enjoyed it as much as I did being there.... wish I was back there right now actually.

    Wow, thank you for this.
I recently got into birdwatching, doing it in Shetland seems fascinating. Do you ever see puffins there?

I haven't no but I'm sure they are there. For Puffins you want to visit Skomer Island in early summer

Isle of May in the Firth of Forth is great for puffins, best going out from Anstruther Fife. 👍

Best views of Puffins I've had was Skomer island basically they walk between your legs. @@janetturner7489

Shetland is well known amongst the UK birding community.
