This is my Favorite Raagam!! Entire team played this 22nd Melakarta ragam wonderfully!! Neither the Violinists nor the Vocalists deviated from the Raagam. Superb! Lady on Ghatam was Too Good!! Wonderful performance by all of you!!!

Points for improvement: the mridangam is quite off during the niraval and the singers are forcing the niraval instead of letting it flow. The overall presentation is quite nice but it does sound quite pre-rehearsed during the niraval. The mridangam uses a lot of phrases that just don't work even if they technically "fit."
