I love the new opening titles Floz… with the funky music. Good job. Still watch all of your videos.. look forward to them. Still looking out for you in the South East.. little white ‘Clancy’ van… I’ll flash my beacons if I ever see you. Just going to watch this one now 😊
Excellent vlog Floz, nice to see you up North in God's Country. When I was driving, Carlisle Airport was used as a storage for Stellafield (Windscale) Nuclear power Station. I suppose these small Airfields are ideal for the use of the Hangars. I hope you managed your cycle ride ok. All the best till next time.
Thank you Peter 😊 I have learnt from some comments here that that airport used to be the RAF Church Fenton 🤷♂️ The cycle ride was terrifying. Just another reminder not to ride my bike on the roads 😂 and my bum still feels that seat. Horrible 😁
Thanks Martin 🤠 It does sound nice, isn't it? I can only imagine how the V8 sounds, but I'm loving mine. I usually drive without radio on just because I enjoy the engine and gearbox changes sounds it makes... 😁
@TruckerFloz I drive an Actros at the moment and if I was driving a Scania like yours I think I'd be happy to drive with my window open all the time. Have a great week on the road Floz 😄👍🚛💨
That “huge” loco on the transporter is one of the smallest loco’s on the railway at 50 tons, a class 66 freight loco is 127 tons, do you fancy lugging them around Britain?.
I would have a go at it, to be honest 🤠 I've noticed signs for a railway museum or something like that around that area after I've passed that truck so I wonder if that's where it was going
Hi floz thanks for another great video, what's dogging? Me being a old and innocent 😅😅😅?.you must have an excellent view from your cab😊 .not that you would be interested in that sort of thing! Take care floz all best to you and your family. Gary 😊.
Hi Gary, dogging is when you take your dog for a walk... isn't it? Preferably in a lay-by, after a long drive 😂😂 All the best to you and your family too. Take care pal
I know Brian it is terrifying 😳 That's why I don't ride my bile on the roads. It's just too much for me. Worst part is my bum still hurts from that seat 😂
Leeds and Bradford airport is a small place but the old concorde landed there years ago think it was air francebut Leeds east airport used to be RAF Church Fenton as its sr=till got a karge runway
No idea but I guess they need them kind of organised in bags rather than dumped in a pile. I guess that's the only reason 🤷♂️ Hope you enjoyed the vlog 😊
I refused to do the cycle test because at the age of 56 I haven't been on a bike since I was a teenager I asked the instructor was I insured if anything happened and was it cleared with my company after a few head scratches the bike test was scrapped
Hi floz great video watch you all time I have question hope that's ok are you still on 4on4off . As am doin this at moment but thinking about returning to the normal long distances work thanks .
Hi Carl, thank you 😊 I am doing Monday to Friday and occasional weekend work. We don't do 4on 4off anymore at KMS. We used to have it and drivers loved it but for some reason they've stopped it. Now we're all doing the same Monday to Friday. I wouldn't mind 4on 4off even though you have to share the wagon but you have more time with family I guess
I'm still expecting you saying that your still picking twigs leaves from down your shirt and pants today Florin i bet the bum aches after riding the cycle buddy
😂😂 I have scratches on my legs from that bush, and my bum is fine today, but I still felt the bike seat yesterday. Not used to that kind of seat. My bike has a soft one and a bit wider... apparently it takes 3 months to adapt to that narrow seat. F**k that 😂😂
Suggestion. Not to be rude or anything, its just a suggestion (take it or leave it) Stop switching the cam view from forward to looking at you every few seconds. It is really annoying. Why not have a multi screen window in the corner of the screen and allow us to watch the road your on and you at the same time. You may get more subscribers if you stop switching...........all the other Truckers use to do what your doing and then they made a multi screen and they got a lot more subscribers afterwards.
Hello Floz, quite often when I had a load like that you had from Bradford, I would lay maybe 2 or 3 straps across the bed and the hook attached to the rave before anything was loaded. When the first lift was done I would wrap the strap around that lift and ratchet down next to the original hook. The same can then be done on the other side. At this stage the load can only move to the outside of the bed(very unlikely). Either run what is left of the strap (if there is enough) over to the other side, or throw another strap or two over the lot. It doesn't matter what the size of each lift is, it is not going anywhere. Also nothing is going fall inside if there's a gap in the middle. If you you are still unsure, cross strap the front. I never found the need. This is also useful when doing multi drops.
Thank you Simon. Good tip that. I'll have to try it. Never done it that way. I always strap the hell out of it and cross strap the end and never had any issues. They can bent the edges as well and get refused delivery if you put too much pressure on them... Thanks for the tip 🤠
Thanks for the input, Ray. I take it as a constructive criticism. No harm done 🤠 I have done vlogs like that before when I've started vlogging, but if I were to go back to that, I would probably quit vlogging. I find them videos you're talking about quite boring. I can not watch a video that has no engagement with the audience. I always use different camera angles as it is the best practice for storytelling, and the cuts are used to keep viewers engaged. Sometimes, a switch between cameras will hide something as well, or I would use it to cut portions of videos without viewers ever noticing there was a cut... so, in my opinion, different camera angles will have cuts and switches between cameras, and that makes a good video. I understand it's not for everyone, so I will try to make it less disruptive, but I won't change my style for something I don't like. Once again thank you 😊
He doesn’t need ‘more subscribers’ by changing the ‘camera angle’ ? Who gives a *oss… he has the subscribers he has due to being witty, interesting, silly and a bloody good driver! Do what you want with the camera angles Floz.. it’s your VLOG
The East Leeds 'Drome was original known as RAF Church Fenton Floz .WW2 fighter defense base. Good video even though the bushes attacked You Thanks .
Thank you Maurice 😊 Them bushes were brutal 😂😂
Dont know why but when see your thumbnail the queen song I need to ride my bicycle comes in to my head 😂😊
I want to ride my bike 🎶 🎵 🤠

Great vlog as always. God that Scania sounds so good on low revs or even on idle 🤩
Thanks Martin 🤠 It does sound nice, isn't it? I can only imagine how the V8 sounds, but I'm loving mine. I usually drive without radio on just because I enjoy the engine and gearbox changes sounds it makes... 😁

when you were stuck between your truck and the hedge, I`m very surprised that you didn`t go `quackers` 🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆
😂😂😂 I shoud have done it 🤠 I did cut the sound as I swear but it's hardly noticeable because of the background music 🤪
1:58 it’s a dealing dogging it’s 😂😂
Did you bring your dog, so you can go dogging 😂😂😂😂😂
Ahh, that's what it is then... it's when you take your dog for a walk in the lay-by 😂😂

A68 ! Used to go to Edinburgh that way back in the day rather than the A1
Nice road that to be honest. Not bad 🤠
Leeds and Bradford airport is a small place but the old concorde landed there years ago think it was air francebut Leeds east airport used to be RAF Church Fenton as its sr=till got a karge runway
Thank you 😊 I thought it had a RAF feel about it but didn't know it was one.
@@TruckerFloz if you look at it it still has a RAFsquadron number to it on google maps
Seems like a hard way to get your rocks off, why not a local dump truck
No idea but I guess they need them kind of organised in bags rather than dumped in a pile. I guess that's the only reason 🤷♂️
Hope you enjoyed the vlog 😊
45:58 that’ll never happen floz 😂😂😂😂
I wish it did though. It would be interesting
@@TruckerFloz true as it does need to happen, especially the Uber just eat riders
31:00 if that was me I would of gone climbing
😂😂

Yes some of our drivers didn't do it. I went and done it but never again. And my bum still hurts from the bike seat 🤠😂

Agreed fully on the bike seat scenario Florin
Sounds like a very dodgy layby floz at the beginning of your video...probably best to avoid in future..
