I remember when Regional at Best was released!!! It's amazing watching them grow to say the least.
my aunt went to when of their concerts when they had just really started playing, i was like a baby at the time but i’m so jealous of her lol. i just went to my first tøp concert with her, it was her third tøp concert and oh my gosh it was such an amazing experience.

I've always thought that, that right there shows why Chris and Nick didn't make it in the band...Tyler was clearly trying for one of them to say "fortnight" If Josh was in the band I guarantee he'd of said it, him and Tyler are just totally on the same wavelength and Chris and Nick were/are great but they just looked like they weren't up to Tyler's speed, even way back then in 2009 Nick's constantly looking at Tyler for cue's and stuff.

6) I wish I lived in Columbus to be able to see their shows before they got signed, before everything happened. I may not have been a fan since the beginning, but I will be until the end, and beyond that. I just wish I could've been there since the beginning, watch them grow.
7) Apparently Tyler would talk to his fans after shows and he would even exchange numbers and talk to them. Imagine. Also, when Josh first joined the band, he would snapchat fans as well. AHHHHHH

Mine too, I always come back to this video. The only known live performance of Friend, Please. Tyler’s vocal performance was amazing along side Nick’s backing vocals.
@@blurry_bandit1890 Nick's backing vocals are one of my favorite things about these performances, because Tyler did the backing vocals himself on the album. Meaning, as far as I can tell, you can only hear Nick singing in these live videos.

They were involved in 2 battle of the bands. This night they won, but the one after they lost from what i remember. I can't remember all the bands from the 2nd one, but there is no way they should have lost.

This is the first song from TØP that I've ever listened to, the song that got me into their music, their art.
It also became a trigger song for me, and I started listening to it again only a few months ago.
It's an important one for me, because thanks to this song I grew up listening to this amazing band/duo.
It was 2011, and to this day I still love them and their music, actually I guess I love them even more now, cause at this point they're an important part of my life.
They taught me a lot, they inspired me in many ways.

Oh damn. I listen to them since 2015, I think, but this song was and is my favourite of them all, even now. I can't deal with the fact that they played it live and I really doubt that they are going to play it any time soon ever again. This song is so special. The whole self-titled cd is from another dimension, I'm not saying it's the best one but people who claimed to like them should really listen to this cd more often, or even listen to it.
I'm so glad that there were people like you that supported them back in time and made them who they are right now, within all the changes of members and sounds, there was always all of you that helped them grow and made them worldwide known. I'm talking from Argentina almost ten years later than this video was published. All the fans should be proud of what you achived and the guys should be proud to be such and amazing and incredible musicians.

i listened to this song one time (2013 i believe? maybe '14?) and i've avoided ever since because i always end up a crying mess. tonight i decided to listen for the first time since then and needless to say im reminded of my horrible depressed state (im better now!!) and im crying because im seeing how much twenty one pilots has helped me. the "i just wont let go, 'til we both see the light" part always gets to me. it felt like tyler and i were really in it together. and guess what, we both made it out alive.
