    18:40 for finding that Vrms is inversely proportional to square root of density we can also get it from d = PM/RT, RT/M = P/d, Vrms = under root 3RT/M = under root 3P/d. Hence Vrms is inversely proportional to the square root of density.

    T1=x^2/4
    Since Temp is same as For H2 gas, therefore T=x^2/4
    For O2=>
    √R*T2/M=Vrsm
    putting t=x^2/4 and R is constant i.e. 8.314 (maine toh 8 li h iski value), we get:
    Vrsm for O2 = x/4

    Answers Temp. of O2=4800K
    T=300°C=300+273=573
    Answer Temp. Of O2= 573×16=9168K

    The ques at 15:26 has a error it will be 300 K rather than 300°C which sir as written by mistake...as on solving ques considering 300°C the ans is approx 9168 K bt on considering 300 K u will get option C of ques that is 4800 K...I wish u all will understand...at last sir you are the best phy teacher...♥️♥️♥️

    Sir if I take Temperature of Oxygen in 300 degree celsius then I get 9168 but there isn't any option for this result sir previously we have taken Temperature of Oxygen in 27 degree Celsius if take Temperature as 27 degree Celsius then I get 4800K sir :)

    √3*R*573/√2 = √3RT/√32
    Squaring both side
    R and 3 cancel
    573*16=9168 answer

    at 16:03 , sir the T(of h2) it should be in kelvin,i.e T= 300K becoz the option is not matching with actual answer[T(of o2)=9168k] when we change the temperature to kelvin which T(of h2)= 300+273= 573k....😬

    Sir at 16:30...HW Q... the temp should be in 'K' ..soo that the temp is 300 K and after that the ans will be "c.4800" ...bcoz with 300*C the ans coming is 9168 K which is not given in options...

    In the Maxwell Boltzmann Distribution curve, the Y axis contains fraction of molecules(unitless quantity) and X axis contains velocity(m/s). Then how is the area under the curve supposed to give total number of molecules(unitless) even though we must get a quantity with Dimensions like that of Vrms(m/s)?

      Isn't the maximum value of the Y axis(fraction of molecules)=1?
      If so then According to Einstein's theory, any physical object can Attain A maximum speed which is Less than The speed of Light(3×10^8 m/s). I know that such large speed Cannot be Attained By a Gas Molecule but to find The Max possible area Under The curve let us Consider all the Gas molecules have a Speed Of 3×10^8 m/s.
      So Area Under the graph Is 1×3×10^8= 3×10^8. According to Sir this must Be The total Number of Molecules and it shows That the maximum no. Of Molecules we can Obtain will be less than 3×10^8 which Is Very small in Comparison to a mole.

    Here, l= mean free path
    k= boltzmann constant
    T= temp. in Kelvin
    d= diameter of one molecule
    p= pressure of gas
    Why you haven't mentioned √2 in the formula?
