Samsung Xcover series phones are what you're looking for then. Removable battery is stock on those, still has headphone jack and a dedicated microSD slot (none of that shared SIM slot crap)

If you are anywhere within the EU, ''you are in luck'' (By 2027). Eu rules mandate that manufacturers build phones with user replaceable batteries, which really, should be common practice. It is some work for a knowledgeable person to replace the battery on the A7, it shouldn't be difficult at all.
