I like stainless steel. I bought mine because I wanted to be able to beat the crap out of them & not end up eating non stick stuff. They were also $20 for a set. So I figured I could just replace them as needed. 7 years later I'm still using them. Plus by using things like butter or olive oil it makes things taste a lot better. Honestly I can't believe they've lasted this long with my cooking on them. I'm very hard on pans. So hard that when my cousin showed me her nice pans I was like yeah you really don't want me using those so which do you actually want me to use. She let out a sigh of relief & gave me the cast iron to use.
Medium low if the egg starts bubbling take the pan off the heat let it cool place back on stove repeat till bottom is cooked then flip and repeat- (nonstick works best for this)
Try it on a lower temp, I get mine to bead up, preheat 2-4 minutes on a 3 (3 out of 10) then I drop the heat to a 2, cooks them perfectly and they don't stick at all. Butter makes those lower temps work miracles.
Was the butter straight from the fridge? If it's cold enough, it shouldn't burn. Do a medium temp and let the pan get hot for several mins vs a high temp
how did u find a stove with a flat burner? how did u find a skillet that wont bubble up in the center? my burners always tilt to one side and my skillets always make food slide to the edges. damn u lucky!!
Actually salt is not good for stainless steel pans, so he was right to salt the bottom of the egg after flipping it. I’ve bought a high end stainless steel pan a couple of weeks ago, and the pamphlet that came with it explicitly mentions that salt can damage the pan.
This not the best way to cook eggs (which require gentle heat) on stainless. The best way is to correctly season the pan with a high smoke point oil and then cook the eggs at the correct temperature.

I can't stand non-stick
@@homecookbasics me either
Nice! 👏 I'm still trying to perfect cooking pan fried eggs on a stainless steel pan. It takes some skills to cook eggs like that without sticking.
How do you avoid the browning of the white? This morning I had over easy eggs and there was no browning at all. That’s what I want to learn.
This guy sucks and should get a real job , this tim Tok shit Ain’t for him

Do you lower the temp at all or leave it
My butter burned after I made sure the pan was hot enough to bead up and dance.

Nice egg man
Thank Ya
How many seconds on each side?
Love the edit of it on the pan to on the plate. Show us the 11 times you pulled it off the pan and the yolk broke...lol. Maybe more grease??
I dont cook with grease, that was the same egg...look closely 👀
You didn't list the burner in the description. Is that induction?
No just a regular electric burner.
Just add a butter or a base and heat it on high okay that's so simple.
What temperature should he egg be?
His is slightly too warm in the video.. you can accomplish this on pretty low temps.
why didnt you show us how long to flip it for, i really dont understand why not 1 video can explain this
Practice and you find what you like for a runny egg.
I have the same hat as you 🤠🤩
And im gonna show you how to flip it without an spatula back on it egg yolk side up
Medium
Bro come on a kid can do that , you only burned it to hell a little bit
Pan is too hot.
You wrecked the edges. Way too crunchy.
Tiger King is making cooking videos now?
That is so over medium. Pan way too hot.
Salt a bit before you flip.

Amazing how people still defend Classical Liberalism after all the shit we've seen the last decade.
You cheated. You didn’t show removing the egg once it’s done-did the yolk stick?! 🤣🤣
I ran out of time making the video😉
That egg is burnt. Not sellable in my restaurant
We reached 2022 and no one creat a flawless pan , all pans need gentle use and tonne of oil
Ninja Neverstick pans are pretty amazing. Doesn’t need as much oil as others I have used
I think you over cooked the egg.
No it was perfect😁
Cwispy
Nope
You know, if you didn't have that B on your baseball cap, I'd subscribe to your channel. Lol GO Yankees! 🤣 JK

Sorry you don't know what your talking about, you don't season stainless steel pans.
Worst job on an over easy egg I’ve seen, only thing you didn’t do was break the yolk
Looks yummy to me😊
not that easy. YOu must wash this pen then
That looks like trash
