Nice Falcon sir, looks very straight and well loved. My dad had a 65 Sprint, which was totaled while in our driveway in the middle of the night, not kidding. My dad took the hot 289 he built for it and transplanted it into a 65 Mustang 6 cylinder auto. This was in the 80s so by then 5 speeds were plentiful so he replaced the 4 speed with a 5. I miss that Falcon. We used to take it to the back and air down the rear tires and fly up and down the edge of the water. It wa such a light and fast car, it felt like a go kart but pulled like a true muscle car
What a sound! ..awesome. I can't believe how similar this car looks against England's MK2 Cortina. The front end, grille and lights almost identical; the Falcon just has much thicker, deeper bumpers ( or whatever you call those in the US :)
It is about 4 inch offset in back and a little less in the front. I didn't roll the fenders, but I had to trim the bottom front just a tiny bit to stop the rubbing.
@@59trappa53 Thanks man, I am happy with the stance. I had to run the same tire size on the 15x8.5 in the front and the 15x9 in the back because 15 inch tires are becoming very rare as many companies don't make then anymore.
absolutely beautiful
Had one. Great car with 289. 😎
I bought my wife on of these in 1978 for $1000.00 that was like new. It was a sport model, 302 V8, automatic, powder blue. Wish we still had it.

Very nice car
Back in the day, we used to call these poor man Mustangs!
Now they are way harder to find than a real Mustang
I always refer to this car as the geo metro of 1968. I find it fascinating that it still survives.
Awesome,,buggy ..love it

What size wheels and tires are you running. Nice car@@jeffreysalzman1497
Great body lines, especially when you bring out its natural aggression. Well done, will you paint her? If so what color?
I fell in love with the patina so I made the rest of the car match. imgur.com/Dqn9kCQ

Came out perfect. Never seen a Falc sit prettier . Did you run the same tire size all around?

Es un Falcón de 1968. Son poco comunes.
