It's hard to imagine how companies offer EVs in PH where infrastructure is no existent. The hybrid is a more reasonable option when it comes to PH current landscape.
Why do they call it International Auto Show??? Should have been called MCAS… Manila Chinese Auto Show. None of the Major manufacturers present… they don’t see the Philippines as an important market? Very disappointing 😢
Mitsubishi, Suzuki, Subaru, Nissan, Chevy, Peugeot and Hyundai were there. But yes, there were a lot more Chinese brands but that is the trend globally. China is flooding the market with their cars and the bigger car brands are downsizing.
China is dominating on economy, so no wonder theyre leading in automotive as well. cant be bias now but just need to accept facts China is better than Japan, Germany, UK, Korea at the moment. theyre practically #2 in the world for everything. only country ahead is the US. so i dont know where all the "i hate chinese brands" are coming from. im happy theyre not charging a limb and an organ for their products.
