Could you do a video on how you self treated your mold illness? I know I've been exposed to mold after having my rental home tested (chaematomium and stochybatrys) but none of my doctors know how to treat mold, and they dismiss mold as a cause of any of my symtpoms. The mold doctors that i have found (in Texas) are not covered by insurance. Ive done the mold inspection testing($900) a mycotoxin test from real-time labs ($399), but i just dont have the funds to see a doctor specializing in mold for $3K-5K. Explaining what your journey was like would significantly enlighten those of us who are suffering whose doctors are not listening. As you may know, this is a very frustrating place to be. Or depending on your perspective, maybe we take the leap and invest in our health by figuring out a way to afford a mold specialist. Be well and thank you for what you do.
great video. thanks for all the really helpful information. I was recently told the mono i got back in 2014 might resurface during my treatment… or i could have lyme. and then also having an infection in your teeth, like where you had a tooth pulled could also stall treatment…all these rabbit holes and different pathways during mold illness recovery is so overwhelming…and I know i have histamine and sulfur intolerance and feel like my case is so complicated. which means more expensive. edit: also what about edema and mold illness. I started getting this when I started binders. Its gone mostly now that I have stopped the binders but yeah I am curious why did i get it in the first place.
Yasss the relationship with food - can you talk more about how to have/nurture a healthy relationship w/food? And how because of all the “avoid this, avoid that” we’re not getting the dopamine hits from eating (or anything else we can no longer do because we’re so fried physically, mentally & emotionally) in the chronic illness battle? Ty Lauren ❤
I thank you for the advice , I got the timing right for my binders. Could you share info. on mold removal in the home with cats? I have a cat family indoor only. I need to treat the mold in the home but have a hard time removing the cats to use chemicals. Would vinegar be enough and would it harm them? I bought a product called Microban but haven't used it , in fear of hurting the cat fam. thanks!
I bought liposomal glutathione to fight free radicals. Had mold illness before, so I know it helps. Charcoal. Selenium, Magnesium. Been tested for Epstein Barr. I DO have Fibromyalgia. Oh! I will add timing! Yes, no doubt gut issues- bloated, no appetite. I've had SIBO. I eat one meal. A snack. Too tired to cook, you're right. I try to make easy meals.
I found this particular video to be a bit overstimulating for my brain - talking quite fast in this one - seemingly rushed FYI Content is great. Thank you.

can you do a video on the link between mold illness and sulfur intolerance. and if mold illness doesn’t cause sulfur intolerance than what does?
Sulphur helps but can overwhelm the pathways . When detox anything drink plenty of fluids to move toxins out . Sulphur works really good but slowly .
