Also I wanted to ask you, your spreadsheet didn't include threads... Do you have a recommendation on a charge for threads? Thank you. Blessings!
Hi! Because threads are so difficult to calculate how much you're using, I include that as part of the markup. Things like tools that eventually we have to replace, like scissors, bobbins, or electricity, etc. All of that is part of that markup. You can take a percentage of that markup and set aside for those overhead charges. Hope that helps! :)
