Nice develop the area have a swimming pool also native house restaurant also farm also goat cow carabao horse chicken monkey rabbit birds an ATV rides sure many tourist visit the area like a Bali style perfect for vacation Bohol many beautiful touristpot

How many sqm is the lot? Is it expensive there

Hey mate it all depends on the area you buy in the Philippines. In Panglao, Bohol it is a lot more expensive now as it is a built up area where there are a lot of tourists, but it is a lot cheaper in the small towns. Bohol is going up in prices as it is becoming such a popular place for tourists with so much to offer here. You could look at around 350-600 peso/sqm around our area in Sikatuna. Our land is over a hectare

Yes, you just can’t build on the rice field, which we wouldn’t anyway because we love that part of the land. You just need to apply for dar permit when it is agricultural land :)
