Bohol, cebu, siargao, or tagaytay! I can’t decide where should i live 😂
😂 it’s so hard when there are so many beautiful parts of the Philippines! Let us know where you end up.
go to basilan
How many sqm is the lot? Is it expensive there
Hey mate it all depends on the area you buy in the Philippines. In Panglao, Bohol it is a lot more expensive now as it is a built up area where there are a lot of tourists, but it is a lot cheaper in the small towns. Bohol is going up in prices as it is becoming such a popular place for tourists with so much to offer here. You could look at around 350-600 peso/sqm around our area in Sikatuna. Our land is over a hectare
@Bridgeandjosh thankyou for ur comment. Is ur lot agriculture? Are u allowed to build on a agriculture lot or does it need to be converted to a residential lot first? Do u have any idea how it works
Yes, you just can’t build on the rice field, which we wouldn’t anyway because we love that part of the land. You just need to apply for dar permit when it is agricultural land :)
@Bridgeandjosh Do u convert the land then to residential?
Or it stays as agriculture land but the dar gives u a permit to build something on it
Maam do you speak bisaya? Or bolanon?
Only little Tagalog! We want to eventually get a tutor to teach us both fluent tagalag and also bisaya 🤍
@@Bridgeandjosh cool
All the best!
Thank you so much for your kind words and thanks for the support
