your demo is showing RF generation,well, but how one can generate desired frequency without oscilloscope,out of four ranges..Also range selector is not there.

I dono I hoppe some one can give my advice I need to reconstruct the mc 3334 ic chip design for hei ignition my old 80s opel car has no retarding option leaveing my stranded most of the time due to cold weather . So my question is does that circuet work as replacement for the hei chip set ? and if it will work with pick up coils or driveing directli darlington transistor? If posibel are there other solutions to control ither pick up or ignition coil or ignition module out put frequency manuali?

Pardon me to comment when you vary the pot it doesnot look like a pwm it looks like a simple square wave I don't think it will work properly as a pwm.

Merhaba arkadaşlar. Ne555 darbe modülasyonu ile basit ama etkili bir şekilde kablosuz güç aktarım devresi var elimde. Mosfet olarak Irfz44n kullandım. Ancak soğutucu fan vs dahil aşırı ısınmaya çözüm bulamadım. Isınmayı gidermek için ne yapmam gerekir yardımcı olabilecek var mı. Güç 12 volt 1 ta da 2 amper bu arada. 2 amper de iyice ısınıyor.
