- Prawns 300g (Fresh or Frozen)
- Onion (Sliced) 1
- Tomato (Diced) 1
- Garlic Cloves 3
- Green Chilli 2
- Cinnamon stick 1
- Fenugreek Seeds 2 tsp
- Curry Leaves sticks 1
- Rampe (Pandan Leaf) 1
- Raw Curry Powder 1 tbs
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt (According to personal taste)
- Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp (adjust according to personal preference)
- Coconut milk (400ml)
- Fresh Lemon juice (Optional Juice)

I agree with you about not cooking the prawn too long but to boil the ingredients, is it necessary to cook that long in water? I wold rather cook the ingredients with Diya kiri for 5 minutes and then add miti kiri and prawns, cook for 5 minutes
