Hahaha indeed it has! I wanted to create a language that could be compiled very similarly to brainfuck -- you can create a SageVM -> x86 compiler with a while-loop, a switch statement over the instructions, and some print statements!! My implementation to transpile to C is ~60 lines hahaha
