It’s been great watching your progress, I started at a similar time to you and my latte art has not progressed, very jealous! Good work and another great video!
That latte mug looks neat. My drink of choice has been a latte with an extra shot although I'm beginning to switch to an espresso. Very much liking you choice of background music too.
Thanks my friend ! Oh so you're switching to the dark side? (see what i did there? Cuz the color of the espresso is darker than a latte 🤣) Happy you enjoy the background music! And thanks for taking time to write a comment, always enjoy reading you!
Amazing ! Love your taste. I'd have to taste the Orange Coffee and affrogato, never really went too deep into cold coffee, waiting for summer and i'll try a few things, those will definetly go on my to-try list ! Thanks for the comment appreciate you !
My favourite drink and like only almost is espresso. I love milk, however, when I get a coffee with milk it feels funny in the stomach, so I just have them separately. I am all manual, car, grinder, also tamping. A tip to get it even is to set your thumb and pointing finger around the edge of the tamper, this would allow you to see if it’s even easier, and to ensure the sides are that way too at the end twist it and see if there is still an unevenness.
Thanks for the comment ! Sometimes being simple is the right way, more so if your stomach tells you so ! Appreciate the advice, i want to master the manual tamping cuz there is a bigger satisfaction when i tamp with it, it feels like i worked harder for my coffee :). Again thanks for the comment and the advice :)
I have the same WDT tool, you should bend the pins apart slightly, just so they still fit in the case. Makes it so much easier to use because coffee does not get stuck between them as much. Just be careful the ends are really sharp.
Hey there, thanks for the comment! Thanks for the advice, i'll try it out, multiple people told me to try that, i don't really care about the case, so if bending the needles more is going to improve the puck, i can just stop using the case. Either way i am looking to upgrade wdt. I have some acupuncture needles at home, so i may be trying to diy a wdt tool, or looking to buy a better one in time. Again thanks for the support, hope you enjoy the content ! :)
Thanks so much for the comment ! Yeah, espresso is better with great coffee beans. I used to not drink espresso at all, cuz i was used with bitter and overall not good espresso. I even said it in a few videos i i am not a big fan of it. BUT, since i strated this adventure of discovering all things coffee, i am starting to enjoy the taste of a straight espresso, when the beans are good quality, espresso is the way you can get all the notes and flavours in the coffee

Excellent heart! Love it!
Thank you! Cheers!
Agreed, an excellent heart.
And yes, when you have a bigger milk jug, you have more time to steam it. Go for it! :)

@@eduartCoffee Thanks for the kind words. Yup, the dark side has ensnared me! 😂
I love a Flat White anytime. I will also take a hot ristretto. For cold coffee, I’d say Orange Coffee or affogato.

In coffee shops always only espresso! At home espresso, only when the coffee beans are good :D And when I have a grinder :D
