Missing Game and Fish Records Foster County, ND

At the October 21, 2014 Foster County Commissioners Meeting, Commissioner Jim Carr questions Chairman Paul Straley about the missing Game & Fish records. He is concerned about the fact that Auditor Teresa Risovi did not keep a record of her collection list. In fact, Auditor Risovi has misplaced many records from the ND State Game & Fish account. Straley tells Carr that they sent the "supposed" list to the State. However, Hope Carr contacted the State and was told that no list was sent to them. This is just another one of the Risovi-mess-ups that Hope has documented in her investigation of the missing Game & Fish funds.
Commissioner Carr insists on getting a truthful answer from Chairman Straley, but Straley continues to lie and cover up for Auditor Risovi. Carr wants to know - WHY?
Throughout the meeting, Straley is rude and dismissive of Commissioner Carr's questions. He continually tells Carr to MOVE ON. Auditor Risovi completely ignors Carr's questions, keeps her head down, and lets Straley speak for her.
When Carr can't get a reasonable answer from Straley, he leaves the meeting in disgust.
