I am Dhanya Varma , I am a talk show host based out of Kochi, Kerala. I host a popular talk show called the happiness project on mathrubhumi kappa tv. It is bilingual talk show. In a span of a year and more, there were 160 guests interviewed, celebrities achievers and artists who shared their valuable life lessons for all of us...

About this channel,
I am Dhanya Varma. This is my official TH-cam channel. I am a talk show host, actor, emcee, a tedx speaker based out of Kochi Kerala. I was the host of the very popular show The Happiness Project On Kappa Tv. On the personal front I am married with three children. On my channel here I put out videos that could inspire or motivate you to better your personal and professional lives. I cover various skill building topics, ideas for personality development, self-improvement, self-development, changing mindsets and attitudes. I like to talk to various people from various backgrounds and bring forth interviews and personal stories from celebrities and achievers alike. We all need to grow and evolve not just as professionals but also in our more intimate relationships be it our family or our relationships. I also offer tips, life lessons and advice from my personal life experiences. My varied work experience and my professional journey as a journalist, a media person, an interviewer, a talk show host has contributed greatly to my growth as an individual. I needed this right now. Going through a very rough time, emotionally and mentally. My mental health is as bad as it can get atm. I've been depressed before but never as dreadfully as this. Thank you so much for this vid chechi, I just wanna say I love you so much, your energy just made me feel something in my numbed brain, atleast for a moment. How I wish I had a sister like you. Hands down this is one of the best shows I've come across on TV . Dhanya mam is one of the very few anchors who actually listens to what the guest has to say without interrupting them . This show not only brings celebs but ppl from all walks of life . Such a unique show I hope they air it again.❤❤

I must say Happiness project is one of the best programs I've watched... I love the way you do interview...most of the people were having a different perspective about the celebrities before watching the happiness project and you know I really felt like they were able to give such a fabulous interview and that's possible only because of the host who is able to bring out the best part of her guest, you are amazing in that...and all the guests were talking from their hearts that they won viewers hearts... Madonna Sebastian, Collector bro, Maithreyan..lot more...when I saw memes about Madonna regarding one comment from this interview i just felt sympathy for the youngsters atleast they should have watched the interview completely...and at the same time I heard that many people who never watched the program, started watching and they became great fan of your program💝

Dhanya Varma The incredulous look on your face matched the utterly impossible statements she was coming out with. She should have thought twice before coming out with such statements before an intelligent audience like Malayalis . I have seen only harmless trolls and I don’t think the they were meant to hurt her in any way. I think the sole purpose were to mock her impossible statements . The same audience that appreciated Maitreyan sir mocked her .

Ma'm..The way you carry the show forward is the first place where I'm into this and I guess ive watched almost all episodes of season 1.I've a huge respect for you and the way u make a detailed study on the guests and shoot questions without offending them is definitely the reason why the anchor in you stands out..☺️
One of my favorite episodes was of Dr.V.P.Gangadharan from which I've pinned something in my mind which he mentioned. Something which people usually forget in this rat race..He beautifully expressed the bliss of campus life and he added on saying that only a few people live in the campus and others just exist.i believe that's the best way of putting it since campus life is something unforgettable ☺️💙..
Even now I watch the episodes and I always believe 'Happiness Project' is a 'Happiness Pill'...❤️

Its a humble request from me.. Please launch the second season of happiness project. You have no clue how much this show personally influenced me in a positive manner. I admire how good listener you are. The way you frame the questions, the way you listen to your guests are always a takeaway for other interviewers. This is the way how an interviewer should be rather than intruding into the guests personal stuffs such as their relationships, crushes.. some of your guests speaks out from the heart in this show which they usually dont do in any other shows till the date.
