- For our 3rd street mission we went to this abandoned building I stumbled on in the winter and decided to see what we could come up with! Cory Berglar and Big Boy came along and this spot just might be my favorite spot I have ridden in a while! Cory Berglar did some awesome tail whip tricksand brought his A game when it comes to the fakies! Big Boy did some typical Big Boy tricks including some awesome freecoaster maneuvers and then he had his weekly Breakdown trying a ledge ride to bearskin and he kicked his helmet into the woods and couldn't find it! I want you to know, Scotty and crew. Because of you guys, I went out and bought a bike today. Got myself a Trek FX 7.4 hybrid on clearance and rode 1.16 miles. Keep in mind, I haven't done any meaningful exercise in about 10 years, and I sit in front of a computer all day professionally, then sit on the couch all night recreationally. My legs feel like jello, and I thought I was going to have a heart attack. Going to aim for 1.25 miles tomorrow. Here's to getting my round butt in shape. Cheers!

Update! I went over to my parents neighborhood this evening, which is relatively flat (my neighborhood looks like San Francisco). Rode 5 miles before it started to get dark. Probably could've done another 2 miles before tiring. Fun! We've got 370 miles of paved bike trails in the Dayton, Ohio area, I think maybe one of those is up next. :)

Okay I haven't rode an indoor park since 2005, and Im not sure if you are busting Corey's balls, but is there really something that helps with footjams on his bike? I always see him hoping around more than once when he does footjams. I was just wondering if this was an inside joke, or if he really has something to cheat with doing footjams?

Hey Scotty Cranmer I ride bmx too and one of the coolest and cheapest thing nag to get with it is called land waves were you get blocks to make ramps and all sorts of stuff. I have at least 12 of the blocks but you can get so much more if you wanted to make something huge like a ramp

If big boy would stop taking his feet of the bike whenever he goes for a trick he would land it. He always jumps of the bike and puts his feet on both sides of the bmx. Just stay on the bike obb and you'l be good
