Funny, I'm 50 also and saw the Haro show in Mt. Clemens, Michigan as a kid. Dave, Ron Wilkerson and Brian Blyther, it was great, seeing three of my heroes riding in person.

Imagine just casually driving by in your car and BAM! There's Dave Nourie riding.

Ha! I must have done hundreds of these in about 1986 but could never ride out of them. You were pretty darn close there. I think you’d have had it on one more try.

What kind of bike is that? Saw you Wilkerson and Blyther at Rockville in like 85. Biggest crowd I ever saw for a bmx show! One day Ill never forget. Thanks.

Everyone listen to Dave, i learned the miami hopper it took 2 weeks, i can only say its easy once you do it, practice endos get behind the seat then eventually you will turn the bars, then youll be like that was so easy. trust me, go for it.

Hardest part for me when I learned them was letting go of the bar with my right hand to grab the seat. Once you can do that the rest comes pretty quick.
